I left some valuable items in the pockets of my clothes. What do I do?
Ensure there is nothing of value or potential hazards that can cause damage tucked away in a pocket.In case you leave any of you valuable items, reach out to us ASAP.
How much do I pay?
Not sure how much you will have to pay? Please go through our holistic price list through the prices tab at the home page. While the attendant makes every effort to quote the correct price at the time when you turn in your item, there may be circumstances that will cause the price to increase if additional work needs to be done. We will notify you of any change in price before the work is started.
Do you offer same day or rush service?
Our typical turnaround for an order is within 48 hours. Depending on what you need cleaned and how fast you need it done, a special request can be made. Please contact our customer support team at the time of placing your order for details.
How do you understand which process to follow to work magic on clothes?
We read the instructions of the care label and follow them. If you do not have a care label on the clothing, it will be your responsibility to make the final decision on how to proceed with the cleaning of the item.
Can I give special instructions for some of my delicate clothes?
You can provide special instructions in the remarks section while placing the order. Also, you can reach out to our support team in case you miss doing that.
There is a nasty stain on my cloth. Can you remove that?
The utmost care will be taken when cleaning your items but in some circumstances, the condition of the garment or fabric may not be able to withstand the process. Sometimes even the best of efforts may not get out that stubborn stain.
